Where can I see a correction or the latest version?

Find your existing request

Open your book in My books, then go to the Messages tab. There you can find your requests and the team's replies. If a request already covers the same issue, reply in that conversation rather than creating a new one.

Check the book that is currently available

Go back to the book page and open the PDF again. A file already downloaded to your phone or computer is still the old copy: it won't update by itself. Close that copy before downloading the file again from the site.

If the result you expected doesn't appear

A request sent is not a correction made. Read the team's reply: it explains what was reviewed or done. If a significant error is still there even though its correction was announced, say so in the existing conversation and mention the page.

Please don't approve printing on the assumption that a correction you're still waiting for will appear later.
