There's a problem with my payment or basket
Check an order and avoid paying a second time without knowing.
Check before trying to pay again
Look for the confirmation email, including in your spam folder, then check Orders & invoices in your account. If the payment froze and you can see a charge, avoid paying again until we've checked the situation.
Understand your basket total
Check the number of books, their length, the options you chose and the delivery method. Current prices and terms are shown in your basket and on the Pricing & delivery page. Remove any books you don't want to buy before confirming.
When to ask for a check
For a possible double charge, an order that's missing despite a charge, or a cancellation request, contact the team with the email address used at purchase and your order number if you have it. Never send your full card numbers. The team will review your case and reply; this article doesn't predict their decision.
