Where can I find my personalised song?
Listen to it, download it, or report a problem with your song.
Find My Music
Log in to your account and open My Music. On mobile, you'll find it under More, at the bottom of the screen. Once a song is available, you can listen to it, download the MP3 and read the lyrics.
If you can't see it
Check your order to see whether a song is included. A song still being prepared can't be played yet. The book's PDF isn't an audio file: your song is in My Music.
If it's unavailable or contains a mistake
After these checks, tell Alfred which book is concerned and exactly what the problem is. If a name is mispronounced, simply explain how it should sound. A request sent is not the same as a correction already made.
