How do I start creating my book?
Get the right details ready and move forward without ordering by mistake.
Get what you need ready
Keep your child's first name and age, a good photo of their face and your email address close at hand. If you'd like to add loved ones, also have their first name, their role and a photo of each one, if you have one.
Choose your starting point
You can pick a catalog book, begin a guided adventure in /create or describe your project in /custom-book. See the guide to choosing if you're torn between these options.
Move forward with the buttons on the page
Fill in the details requested, then use the button to continue. You can go back to earlier steps using the controls in the flow. Wait for a save or a photo upload to finish before continuing. If a message flags a missing field, simply complete it.
Creating a draft doesn't mean buying
In the classic flow, you see a preview before going to checkout. Adding a book to your cart is not yet payment. Before you pay, check what's in your cart so you don't order an old draft on top of the book you want. The custom flow works differently: see its dedicated guide.
