What are the format and contents of the book I'll receive?

A printed book and its PDF
The current offer includes the printed book and its PDF version. The PDF is a file to open on a phone, tablet or computer; it isn't a second paper copy. You'll find the available file on your book's page in your customer account.
Dimensions and cover
The current print format is A4 landscape: 29.7 cm wide and 21 cm tall when the book is closed. The cover is hardcover with a matte finish. The book opens horizontally. This format is the same for all ages; age is used to tailor the story.
Length of the standard book
The standard flow offers a regular version of 10 illustrated chapters and a long version of 20 illustrated chapters. The story also includes an introduction and a conclusion. A chapter isn't the same as a page: text and illustrations are spread across the layout. Check the length you chose in your order.
For a custom book
In the custom form, you choose from 10 to 20 illustrated chapters. The content depends on the project and the information provided at the start. A chosen length doesn't guarantee that a manuscript of any size can be reproduced without adaptation; have any specific requirement checked before you pay.
What depends on your options
A personalised song isn't included in every order: check your options. If one is included, you'll find it in My music, separate from the PDF. The delivery method and other options depend on your order; see its summary to know exactly what you purchased.
