When will I receive my book?
Understand the steps and check tracking, without mistaking an estimate for a guaranteed date.
Check your order details
Open your book in My books, then go to the Tracking tab. You'll find its progress there and, when available, your parcel tracking. Orders & invoices also lets you see the delivery method and address on file.
Several steps before it arrives
Creating the book, proofreading it, printing it and shipping it are separate steps. A significant correction request can add a step. An estimated arrival is not a guaranteed date.
If you chose express
Express doesn't skip the creation or proofreading of the book. Check the terms shown for your order. If the estimated date has passed, look at the carrier's tracking first. Please don't assume a new date that isn't shown there.
For a birthday or another specific date
Order well in advance and check the current estimates in your cart and tracking. If your parcel has already shipped and its tracking seems stuck, see the article on parcel problems.
