How do I log in and find my order?
Log in with a link sent by email and use the right address.
1. Open your customer area
You don't need to create a password. Use Continue with Google or request a login link by email. Enter the address you used for your order.
2. Open the email you received
Check your inbox and your Junk or Spam folder. Open the login link you received. If it has expired, request a new link and use the most recent one.
3. Find your book
Once logged in, open My books to see the books you've ordered. Creations you haven't ordered are in Drafts. On a phone, some sections are under More, at the bottom of the screen.
If you ordered with a different address
Use I ordered with a different address in the customer area. Enter your order number and the address used at purchase, then confirm from that inbox. If the address had a typo or you're still stuck, explain the problem to Alfred. Never share your login link with anyone else.
