Create my book
I started a book: how do I find it and keep going?
Pick up your existing creation where you left off, without starting over or adding a duplicate book.
1. Log in with the right email address
Open your customer account using the email address you entered while creating the book. If you use a different address, your draft may not appear. See the login guide if you're not sure how to access your account.
2. Open My books, then Drafts
In My books, choose the Drafts section. You can spot your creation by the child's first name, the story title when available, and the date of last activity. Tap Resume on the right draft. You'll be taken back to its creation steps; a custom project resumes in its own dedicated flow.
3. Check before you continue
Take another look at the information already filled in, then carry on using the buttons on the page. If we emailed you a resume link, you can use that too. To continue the same book, avoid starting a new creation or beginning again from a new catalog template.
If you can't find your draft
Check the email address you used and any resume links you received. A creation abandoned right at the very beginning may not show up in your drafts list. If your book has already been paid for, look for it among your ordered books rather than in Drafts. If you still can't find it, tell Alfred the email address you used, the first name, and what you had already done.
Before you pay
Make sure your cart contains only the books you want. An older book may still be in there. Don't delete a draft you still need just to create another one: resume your existing creation first.
